ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف ولا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10356 تاريخ 14/1/2010 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف لعام 2010،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 2/22/10 تاريخ 7/7/2010 القاضي بالترخيص بتأسيس مصرف تحت اسم «بنك انتركونتيننتال لبنان للاستثمار ش.م.ل.»،

وبعد الاطلاع على المستندات المبرزة والمثبتة توفر الشروط القانونية لهذا التسجيل،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يدرج اسم «بنك انتركونتيننتال لبنان للاستثمار ش.م.ل» على لائحة المصارف ويعطى الرقم 135 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
