- في التعديل - إن شركة Degre(mont S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 3/4/2003، تحت رقم 2242 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 5/2/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجّل لدينا بالرقم 1797/2011، بانها قد عينّت السيد Alain POULIQUEN مدير لفرع الشركة في لبنان، مع منحه الصلاحية اللازمة لادارة هذا الفرع، وذلك بموجب سند توكيل صادر في 1/12/2010، وتنتهي صلاحيته في 31/12/2011 الا اذا تم عزله قبل ذلك. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
