ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 148/ب تاريخ 10/1/2011،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية القطين - قضاء المنية الضنية - محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ لبنان الشمالي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية القطين حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
