ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 2171/ب تاريخ 24/12/2010،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية بياقوت - قضاء المتن - محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام المتن القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية بياقوت حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
