إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 685 تاريخ 5/3/2011،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عيّن السيد مايز حلمي المصطفى باعتباره العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة خريبة الجندي - قضاء عكار، مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد خضر محي الدين ابراهيم طه لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
