في التعديل إن شركة Cowi Consulting Engineers Planners A.S. المسجلة بتاريخ 16/8/2006، تحت رقم 1019 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 24/3/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4354/2011 ، بانها قررت تعديل اسمها ليصبح COWI A/S كما تبين من الافادة الصادرة عن وزارة الشؤون الاقتصادية والتجارية - وكالة التجارة والشركات الدانماركية. إشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
