ان وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد بهجت يوسف الربيع المتضمن طلب نقل اسمه في جدول الخبراء من فرع المساحة في محافظة جبل لبنان الى فرع المساحة في محافظة الجنوب وذلك لوروده خطأ في محافظة جبل لبنان،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب اسم الخبير السيد بهجت يوسف الربيع من فرع المساحة - محافظة جبل لبنان وينقل الى فرع المساحة - محافظة الجنوب وذلك لورود اسمه خطأ في محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
