-في التعديل- إن شركة LG Electronics Inc.، المسجلة بتاريخ 9/4/2005، تحت رقم 2336 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 24/3/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4379/2011، وبما أن مكتبها التمثيلي في بيروت هو تحت سلطة وإدارة شركة {LG Electronics Levant-Jordan}، قد صرّحت بأن مجلس إدارة هذه الأخيرة المنعقد في 22/2/2011، قرّر تعيين السيد Tae Hoon Kim بصفة ممثل للشركة ووكيل لها في لبنان مع منحه كافة الصلاحيات اللازمة لإدارة مكتبها التمثيلي ولتنفيذ والقيام بالأعمال الوارد ذكرها في الوكالة المعطاة له والمؤرخة في 22/2/2011. إشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
