- في التعديل - إن شركة B.A.T. (U.K. and Export) Limited، المسجلة بتاريخ 5/3/1997، تحت رقم 1041 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 1/4/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4764/2011، بأنها قد قرّرت، في محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارتها المنعقد في 16/8/2010، الموافقة على اتفاقية تفرّغ عن ملكية مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان لصالح شركة British American Tobacco FZ-LLC، الإماراتية، عنوانها: No. 102, EIB Building No. 02, Second Floor, Dubai, United Arab Emirates، ومن جهتها قرّرت هذه الأخيرة، في 4/11/2010، قبول نقل ملكية هذا المكتب اليها، وتعيين السيد محمود صبح ليكون المدير العام للمكتب التمثيلي المذكور. إشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
