ان وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (نظام الموظفين)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 111 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (تنظيم الادارات العامة)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الاقتصاد والتجارة بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعهد الى السيدة انديرا حاطوم، المحررة في دائرة الشركات - مصلحة التجارة، في المديرية العامة للاقتصاد والتجارة بالاضافة الى وظيفتها الأساسية، القيام بمهام رئيس دائرة الشركات بالانابة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور توقيعه ويبلغ الى من يلزم.
