إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011، المعدل بالمرسوم رقم 5868 تاريخ 18/7/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1276/ب تاريخ 19/7/2011،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عيّن السيد جورج الياس كرم باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سنا في بلدة زبوغا - قضاء المتن، مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد بشارة الياس كرباج لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
