إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 116 تاريخ 12/6/1959،

بناء على قانون المختارين الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من أهالي بلدة النبي شيت والمسجل في المديرية الادارية المشتركة تحت رقم 17144 بتاريخ 30/9/2010 والمتعلق بطلب إنشاء حي جديد في بلدة النبي شيت باسم «حي الصادق»،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 3232/4 تاريخ 5/2/2011 المرفق بكتاب قائمقام بعلبك رقم 2790 تاريخ 10/1/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

ينشأ في بلدة النبي شيت - قضاء بعلبك حي جديد يسمى «حي الصادق».

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
