إن وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على العلم والخبر رقم 134/ أد تاريخ 9/12/2004 والذي بموجبه تأسست جمعية في بيروت باسم: «جمعية سيدرونا للثقافة» رئيسها السيد اسكندر روجي نجار،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الجمعية المذكورة والمسجل تحت رقم 1125 تاريخ 3/5/2011 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح «جمعية سيدرونا للثقافة»، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر باسم: «دار سيدرونا» تتحمل مسؤوليتها السيدة هند احسان درويش.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
