إن وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9657 تاريخ 28/12/1996 القاضي بتعديل تسمية كلية هايكازيان لتصبح جامعة هايكازيان والترخيص لها بتدريس مرحلة الماجستير في بعض الاختصاصات واضافة كليات لها،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من جامعة هايكازيان، والمسجل تحت رقم 1508 تاريخ 8/6/2011 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح جامعة هايكازيان ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر باسم HAIGAZIAN UNIVERSITY PRESS يتحمل مسؤوليتها السيد انترانيك مانوك داكسيان، اللبناني الجنسية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
