ان وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تأليف الحكومة)،

بناء على القرار رقم 186 تاريخ 15/3/1926 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 406/1 تاريخ 15/3/2011 والقرار رقم 442/1 تاريخ 26/3/2011 (تأليف لجان خاصة لتحديد عقارات أملاك الدولة الخاصة في محافظة النبطية)،

بناء على قرار مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 235/2010 - 2011 تاريخ 18/5/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُلغى القرار رقم 406/1 تاريخ 15/3/2011 والقرار رقم 442/1 تاريخ 26/3/2011 المتضمنان تأليف لجان خاصة لتحديد عقارات أملاك الدولة الخاصة في محافظة النبطية،

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية وثلاث صحف محلية، ويبلغ من يلزم.
