ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 ، المعدل بالمرسوم رقم 5868 تاريخ 18/7/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على قرار وزير الداخلية والبلديات رقم 1227 تاريخ 27/7/2011 ، القاضي بانشاء بلدية جديدة تسمى بلدية "دير بلا" - قضاء البترون،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف قائمقام البترون القيام بأعمال بلدية "دير بلا" - قضاء البترون - محافظة لبنان الشمالي، وذلك حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي فيها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
