-في التعديل- إن شركة World Sport Group Limited، المسجّلة بتاريخ 5/10/2004، تحت رقم 2306 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 2/9/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجّل لدينا بالرقم 14100/2011، بأنها قرّرت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الادارة المنعقد بتاريخ 28/6/2011، نقل فرعها من بيروت الى جبل لبنان، وتعيين السيّد بيار جورج كاخيا كممثل ومدير للفرع الجديد مع منحه أوسع الصلاحيات، بدون تحفظ، لادارة هذا الفرع.
