-في التعديل- إنَّ شركة MACFADDEN & ASSOCIATES, INC. المسجَّلة بتاريخ 8/11/2007، تحت رقم 2447 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبيَّة لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرَّحت بتاريخ 14/11/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجَّل لدينا بالرقم 18961/2011، بأنَّ مجلس إدارتها قد قرَّر، في 17/8/2011، تعيين وتوكيل وتوجيه، باسم الشركة وبالنيابة عنها، كل من السيِّدة Sara Skahill، مديرة برامج، والسيِّد Benjamin Rempell، نائب مدير برامج، اللذين يتصرفان بشكل منفرد باسم الشركة في بيروت، لبنان. مع منحهما الصلاحيات اللازمة.
