-في التعديل- إنَّ شركة ALCATEL TRADE INTERNATIONAL A. G. المسجَّلة بتاريخ 22/7/1999، تحت رقم 2079 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبيَّة لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرَّحت بتاريخ 28/11/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجَّل لدينا بالرقم 19698/2011، بأنَّها قد قرَّرت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المؤرَّخ في 13/9/2011، إقفال وشطب مكتب تمثيل شركة Alcatel-Lucent Trade International S. A. في بيروت - لبنان (المعروف سابقاً تحت اسم ALCATEL TRADE INTERNATIONAL). وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
