- في التعديل - ان شركة Siemens A.G. المسجلة بتاريخ 8/1/1994، تحت رقم 944 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/12/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 20396/2011 بأنها قد منحت توكيلا الى كلٍّ من الأستاذ Wolfgang Niermann كمدير عام لفرع الشركة في لبنان، والأستاذ حسان (محمد منير) إبراهيم الدرة كمدير إداري لفرعها في لبنان، مع منحهما الصلاحيات اللازمة، وذلك بموجب سند توكيل مؤرخ في 28/10/2011 ويبقى صالحا لغاية 31/12/2012 . وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
