- في التعديل - ان شركة JT International Luxembourg SA المسجلة بتاريخ 16/5/2002، تحت رقم 2213 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/12/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 20543/2011بأنها قد قررت، في 2/11/2011، إعفاء السيد مجد عبده من مهامه كرئيس لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، مع دخول ذلك حيز التنفيذ بدءا من 7/11/2011 . كما قررت تعيين السيد فادي الحج بصفته رئيس مكتب التمثيل هذا، على أن يدخل ذلك حيز التنفيذ بتاريخ 7/11/2011، مع إخضاع سلطة رئيس المكتب للقيود المذكورة في القرار الصادر في 2/11/2011 . وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
