- في التعديل - ان شركة PIERRE FABRE DERMO- COSMETIQUE المسجلة بتاريخ 15/3/2001، تحت رقم 2155 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 15/12/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 20856/2011بأنها قد قررت، بتاريخ 17/6/2011، بأن يتبوأ السيد فيليب رزق منصب ممثل مكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان، كبديل عن السيد جورج فرح، وذلك اعتبارا من 1/7/2011، مع منحه جميع الصلاحيات اللازمة. كما قرر مجلس إدارة شركة PIERRE FABRE S. A. تعيين مفوضين بالتوقيع عن مكتب التمثيل هما: السيد نخلة عون والسيد فيليب رزق. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
