- في التعديل - ان شركة PIERRE FABRE MEDICAMENT المسجلة بتاريخ 16/1/2004، تحت رقم 2271 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/12/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 21143/2011بأنها قد قررت، بتاريخ 17/6/2011، بأن يتبوأ السيد حمودة زاوية منصب ممثل مكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان، كبديل عن السيد جورج فرح، وذلك اعتبارا من 1/7/2011، مع منحه جميع الصلاحيات اللازمة. كما قرر مجلس إدارة شركة PIERRE FABRE S. A. تعيين مفوضين بالتوقيع عن مكتب التمثيل هما: السيد نخلة عون والسيد حمودة زاوية. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
