- في التعديل - إن شركة Degremont S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 3/4/2003، تحت رقم 2242 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/1/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 133/2012، بأنها قد عينت السيد Alain POULIQUEN مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة لإدارة هذا الفرع، وذلك بموجب سند توكيل صادر في 6/12/2011، وتنتهي صلاحيته في 31/12/2012، إلا إذا تم عزله قبل ذلك. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
