إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناءً على أحكام المادة 23 من قانون رقم 234 تاريخ 10/6/2000 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الوساطة المالية،

وبناءً على القرار رقم 10889 تاريخ 11/1/2012 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الوساطة المالية للعام 2012،

وبناءً على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 4/8/11 المتخذ في جلستها المنعقدة بتاريخ 22/12/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة مؤسسات الوساطة المالية اسم «الشركة العالمية للاستثمار ش.م.ل.» المسجل في هذه اللائحة تحت رقم 3 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
