-في التعديل- ان شركة Covidien AG المسجلة بتاريخ 16/8/2010، تحت رقم 2571 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/2/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2110/2012، بأنها قد قررت، في 27/1/2012، إلغاء الصلاحيات الممنوحة من الشركة الى المدير العام السابق لمكتب التمثيل في لبنان السيد Michael Thomas Kneller بموجب قرار الشركة تاريخ 20/7/2010، وتعيين السيد Paul William Johm McDowell ليكون مدير مكتب التمثيل في لبنان ومنحه كل الصلاحيات اللازمة. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
