-في التعديل- ان شركة MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC. المسجلة بتاريخ 20/6/2011، تحت رقم 2621 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/2/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2117/2012، بأن مجلس إدارة الشركة قد قرر في 14/12/2011 تعيين السيد Alexander Paul Kuczkowski مديرا لفرعها في لبنان، مع منحه كل الصلاحيات كمدير الفرع كما فوضت سابقا السيدة Stacy Shramm STACKS. كما أنه، وبتاريخ 3/1/2012، اتخذ مجلس إدارة الشركة قراراً بتعيين السيد Herve) Marie Fran5ois de CAUMIABAILLENX مديرا للفرع في لبنان، مع منحه كل الصلاحيات كمدير الفرع كما فوضت سابقا للسيد Alexander Paul Kuczkowski. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
