إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف لا سيما المادتين 70 و174 منه،

وبناء على القرار الأساسي رقم 10185 تاريخ 26/6/2009 (تقنيات التخفيف من مخاطر الائتمان)،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 22/2/2012،

يقرر ما يأتي

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل التاريخ الوارد في المادة التاسعة من القرار الاساسي رقم 10185 تاريخ 26/6/2009 بحيث يصبح 31/12/2015 بدلاً من 31/12/2011 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
