ان وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد علي مارك محمد وزنه، المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه في جدول الخبراء فرع وكيل التفليسة - محافظة بيروت،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى تاريخ 27/9/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: شطب بناء لطلبه اسم السيد علي مارك محمد وزنه من جدول الخبراء فرع وكيل التفليسة - محافظة بيروت وذلك لنجاحه بمباراة كتاب العدل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
