ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على ايداع محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 920 تاريخ 28/5/2012،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عين السيد علي عبد الكريم علي باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سنا في بلدة حرار قضاء عكار، مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد احمد اسعد اسعد وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
