ان وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 144 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (قانون ضريبة الدخل)،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية) لا سيما البند 7 من المادة 9 منه،

بناء على القرار رقم 505/1 تاريخ 29/5/2012،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمدد لغاية 30/6/2012 ضمناً، مهلة تسديد الضريبة وتقديم التصريح السنوي لشركات الاموال ولمكاتب التمثيل التي تمثل شركات اموال.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة المالية.
