- في التعديل - إن شركة PHILIPS MEDICAL SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL B.V المسجلة بتاريخ 21/1/1994، تحت رقم 946 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/7/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10779/2012 ، بأنها قد قررت، في 27/2/2012، تعيين السيد Jens Jakob Gustmann مديراً لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان ووكيل الشركة الموثوق والقانوني مع أوسع الصلاحيات القانونية للقيام بجميع الأعمال باسم الشركة لإدارة المكتب التمثيلي. وللسيد Gustmann تفويض صلاحياته واستبدالها كلياً أو جزئياً.. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
