إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على المادة الأولى من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على محضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 706 تاريخ 19/7/2012،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: صدّق ملحق جدول الخبراء المرفق بمحضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 706 تاريخ 19/7/2012 المتضمن أسماء الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي في جميع المحافظات.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
