إن وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد جاد جوزف مسعد والمسجل تحت رقم 1643 تاريخ 1/6/2012 (طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة).

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد جاد جوزف مسعد، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بإصدار مطبوعة فصلية، غير سياسية، باللغة الانكليزية، باسم {Flair}، يتحمل مسؤوليتها الصحافي ايلي جرجي شاوول.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
