- في التعديل - إن شركة ANSALDO ENERGIA SPA المسجلة بتاريخ 23/2/1996، تحت رقم 997 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/9/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 14469/2012 ، بأنها قد عينت السيد حسان عصمت عبد الحميد ممثلا للشركة في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة لممارستها حصراً في لبنان؛ وذلك بموجب وكالة موقعة في 18/7/2012، وتلغى وتحل مكان الوكالة السابقة الممنوحة الى السيد Gabriele BUCCINI والمنظمة بتاريخ 29/4/2011 . وإشعاراً بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
