إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تأليف الحكومة)،

بناء على القرار رقم 655/1 تاريخ 25/7/2012 المتعلق بتحديد أسس تسوية الغرامات المفروضة بموجب قوانين الضرائب،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمدد لغاية 29/12/2012 ضمناً العمل بموجب القرار رقم 655/1 تاريخ 25/7/2012 المتعلق بتحديد أسس تسوية الغرامات المفروضة بموجب قوانين الضرائب.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بوزارة المالية.
