-في التعديل- إن شركة Degrémont S.A.S المسجلة بتاريخ 3/4/2003، تحت رقم 2242 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 2/8/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12027/2012، بأنها قد قررت إبطال كافة الصلاحيات الممنوحة للسيد Bruno HOCHART بصفته مدير فرع الشركة في لبنان، وذلك بموجب كتاب عزل يدخل حيز التنفيذ اعتبارا من الاول من تموز 2012 . وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
