إن وزير الثقافة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القرار رقم 166/ل.ر تاريخ 7/11/1933 وتعديلاته (نظام الآثار القديمة)،

بناء على تقرير المديرية العامة للآثار رقم 3075 تاريخ 4/2/2009،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: أُدخل في قائمة الجرد العام للأبنية التاريخية العقار رقم 183 من منطقة نيحا العقارية (قضاء زحلة).

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يجوز القيام بأي بناء أو إنشاءات أو تغيير شكل الأرض بشكل عام، على العقارات ذات الأرقام: 173، 174، 175، 176، 177، 178، 179، 180، 183، 195، 196، 197، 198، 217، 218، 219، 226، 227، دون موافقة المديرية العامة للآثار المُسبقة على الأعمال المنوي إجراؤها.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يُنشر هذا القرار ويُبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
