إن وزير الاشغال العامة والنقل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تأليف الحكومة) وتعديلاته،

بناء على قانون البناء رقم 646 تاريخ 11/12/2004،

بناء على المرسوم 7964 تاريخ 7/4/2012 (شروط تأمين السلامة العامة في الأبنية والمنشآت)،

بناء على اقتراح لجنة اعتماد المدققين الفنيين الوارد في محضر اجتماعها رقم 11 تاريخ 27/12/2012،

يقرر ما يلي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يصنف مكتب SOCOTEC -- LIBAN S.A.R.L فئة اولى في التدقيق الفني للقيام بالمهام L,S,PS لمدة ثلاث سنوات ويعتمد جهازه الهندسي الاساسي وفقاً لما يلي:

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره ويبلغ الى من يلزم.
