ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ البقاع رقم 233/ب تاريخ 21/1/2013، والمسجل لدى المديرية العامة للشؤون السياسية واللاجئين برقم 2226/4/2013 تاريخ 23/1/2013،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية النبي ايلا - قضاء زحلة - محافظة البقاع منحلاً حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ البقاع القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية النبي ايلا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
