المادة 1

- في التعديل - إن شركة نوبل للتجارة المساهمة الخصوصية ذات المسؤولية المحدودة المسجلة بتاريخ 2/10/2001، تحت رقم 2182 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 18/2/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2387/2011، بأنها قررت في 9/7/2010، تغيير اسمها بحيث يصبح: «شركة نوبل للاستثمار ذ.م.م.» كما قررت، في 7/8/2010، الإبقاء على تعيين السيد منصور عبد الحفيظ محمد مديراً لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان مع إعطائه كافة الصلاحيات اللازمة. وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
