- في التعديل - إن شركة البنك الأهلي التجاري شركة مساهمة سعودية المسجلة بتاريخ 26/2/1998، تحت رقم 1092 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/12/2012، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 18805/2012، بأنها قد أصدرت القرار رقم 10/رت/2011 بتعيين السيد نجيب إبراهيم عبد الرحمن بطيخ مديراً عاماً لفرع البنك في لبنان. كما قد قامت هذه الشركة بزيادة رأس المال المدفوع من /9.000.000.000/ ريال سعودي الى /15.000.000.000/ ريال سعودي فقط خمسة عشر مليار ريال سعودي. وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
