ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف ولا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11327 تاريخ 14/1/2013 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف للعام 2013،

وبناء على قرارات المجلس المركزي رقم 3/22/11 تاريخ 13/7/2011 ورقم 7/23/12 تاريخ 8/8/2012 ورقم 2/3/12 تاريخ 1/2/2012،

واستنادا الى شهادة التسجيل تاريخ 16/1/2013الصادرة عن أمانة التسجيل في بيروت تحت رقم 1016390،

وبناء على كتاب ممثل فرع «بنك أبو ظبي الوطني (شركة مساهمة عامة)» في لبنان تاريخ 17/1/2013،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يدرج اسم «بنك أبو ظبي الوطني (شركة مساهمة عامة(» على لائحة المصارف ويعطى الرقم 140 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
