ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

وحيث ان مجلس بلدية زرعون - قضاء المتن قد فقد أكثر من نصف عدد اعضائه،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 142/ب/2013 تاريخ 26/1/2013، والمسجل برقم 1719 تاريخ 28/1/2013،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية زرعون - قضاء المتن - محافظة جبل لبنان منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام المتن بالتكليف القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية زرعون حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
