ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالتكليف رقم 161/ب تاريخ 13/2/2013،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عيّن السيد جورج حنا ابو ديوان، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سناً في بلدة العيون - قضاء المتن، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد توفيق خليل مارون ابو ديوان، وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
