إن وزير الصناعة،

بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية ولا سيما المادة 151 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5058 تاريخ 21/9/2010 (ترفيع موظف من الفئة الثانية الى الفئة الأولى وتعيينه مديراً عاماً للصناعة في ملاك وزارة الصناعة)،

بناء على القرار رقم 46/1 تاريخ 12/7/2011 (تخويل مدير عام وزارة الصناعة التوقيع على عقد الصفقات العائدة للوزارة بموجب بيان أو فاتورة)،

بناء لمقتضيات حسن سير العمل،
