إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناءً على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناءً على القرار رقم 10891 تاريخ 11/1/2012 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2012،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 9/4/12 تاريخ 13/11/2012،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة ريل تراست اكستشنج - جورج ماضي ونجيب بو عاصي وشريكهما» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 337 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويُبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
