إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10891 تاريخ 11/1/2012 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2012،

وبناء على محضر الجمعية العمومية غير العادية في «شركة يونايتد تراست للصيرفة - بشير ابراهيم وشركاه» المنعقدة بتاريخ 30/9/2012،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد الى مصرف لبنان تاريخ 13/10/2012،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة يونايتد تراست للصيرفة - بشير ابراهيم وشركاه» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 558 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويُبلَّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
