إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد علي محمد جواد عمر باشا المتضمن طلب نقل اسمه من جدول الخبراء من فرع التخمين - محافظة بيروت الى فرع المحاسبة في المحافظة المذكورة،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 28/5/2013،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ينقل الخبير السيد علي محمد جواد عمر باشا من فرع التخمين - محافظة بيروت الى فرع المحاسبة في المحافظة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
