-في التعديل- ان شركة The Coral Oil Company Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 7/7/1926، تحت رقم 10 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/6/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6812/2013 ، بأنه قد تقرَّر، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ 14/1/2010، تصديق تعيين السيد مصطفى حبيب بنتن مديراً إدارياً للشركة ممثلاً لها في لبنان ابتداء من 1/1/2010، وذلك بكامل الصلاحيات المتعلقة بهذا المنصب. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
